How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Driverldentifier Walk-In Tubs wants everyone who reaches out to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to raise a concern and what we do with it. It is a general template, not legal advice.

Topics We Want to Hear About

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or messaged Driverldentifier Walk-In Tubs
  • How we handled your personal information
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, prices, products, warranties and customer service. If you have a problem with work in your home, start by raising it with the provider. Keep a written record of what you say and what they reply.

Still let us know. Feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Be aware that Driverldentifier Walk-In Tubs cannot settle contract disputes, process warranty claims, refund a provider's work or act for a provider.

How to Reach Us

Email contact@driverldentifier.bond and include:

  • Your name and the preferred way to contact you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The number you called or the form you used, if you recall
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • What happened and what outcome you want

After You Write

We will confirm by email that we received your complaint, usually within a few business days. Then we will review it. That may include contacting the provider. Afterward, we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our reply does not settle the matter, answer the email and ask us to look again. Your state attorney general, a state consumer protection office or the local Better Business Bureau may also be able to help. For licensed contractors, the state contractor licensing board may be another option.
