Accessibility Statement
Last updated: October 2026
Driverldentifier Walk-In Tubs wants driverldentifier.bond to work well for everyone, including older visitors and people with disabilities. This statement explains how we approach that. It is a general template, not legal advice.
Target
We want as many people as possible to be able to use this site. Our aim is to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA.
Steps We Take
Our practices include:
- Clear headings in a logical reading order
- Text descriptions for images that carry meaning
- Readable text size and strong color contrast
- Pages that work with a keyboard alone
- Layouts that read well on phones, tablets and desktops
- Plain, simple wording
- Clearly labeled form fields and short forms
Where We Fall Short
Some parts of the site may not yet meet these guidelines. Embedded tools and other third-party content can sit partly outside our control. We check the site on a regular basis and fix problems as we find them.
Other Ways to Get Help
If something on this site is hard to use, you can still get help. Request a callback to speak with a provider, or email contact@driverldentifier.bond and we will do our part to assist. A family member or caregiver is welcome to contact us for you.
Send Us Feedback
Tell us where the site gave you trouble. Email contact@driverldentifier.bond and include:
- The page or feature that caused the problem
- What went wrong and what you expected to happen
- Your browser, device and any assistive software, if you can share that
We will read your message and aim to reply within a few business days.
Continuing Effort
Accessibility work is never done. As we update the site, we will keep making it better.
